Ready to embark on a cheesy adventure with Bricknic? This week, we’re taking the creamy dreaminess of Camembert, adding the pop of juicy grapes, and finishing it off with a drizzle of honey. This time, we tried our brick on the cooking fires of our studio’s kitchen. It was easy and fun!
Our recipe is:
Ingredients:
What you need:
2 Camembert
200g of red grapes
2 or 3 gloves of garlic
Rosmarin
Walnuts
Honey
Coarse salt & pepper
Extra-vergin olive oil
Instructions:
1. Preparation:
a. Place the grapes and the garlic in the brick and flavor them with salt, pepper and olive oil.
b. Add the Camember on top. Cut the surface with a knife to allow the juicy cheese to melt freely.
c. Add on top: more grapes, walnuts and Rosmarin.
2. Cooking:
a. Place your brick on the stove on a slow fire and cover it with the lid.
b. After 15 minutes, check how the cooking is going. The cheese should have melt as the grapes should have started to soften.
c. Add some honey on top and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Cheesy enough?
Enjoy!
